Pause Without Blocking

A line pause can happen because staff is checking tickets, a vehicle is repositioning, boarding is not open yet, weather is changing, or another instruction is coming. With a pet carrier and luggage, the first job is to avoid becoming an obstacle.

If the flow stops around you, stand narrow. If you are blocking a doorway, counter lane, boarding path, bus stop, taxi space, or vehicle access point, ask staff whether you should step aside.
