The First Move Needs An Endpoint

The first move after a reconfirmed restart should end somewhere clear: a line end, counter edge, gate side, bus stop sign, taxi stand, vehicle point, lodging pickup side, or sheltered waiting place. When you arrive there, pause before the next move.
